Cacao-Banana- Chia pudding with ashwagandha recipe
- 1 small banana,
- 1 teaspoon cacao,
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon,
- 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder,
- a pinch of cayenne powder,
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract,
- a couple of drops pure stevia (optional),
- 1,1/2 cups almond milk, unsweetened,
- 1/4 cup chia seeds,
- coconut flakes and cacao nibs to decorate (optional),
Put the first 8 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then add the chia seeds and stir well with a spoon. Divide the mixture into four bowls and cover with cling film and refrigerate.
