Cacao-Banana- Chia pudding with ashwagandha recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana,
  • 1 teaspoon cacao,
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon,
  • 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder,
  • a pinch of cayenne powder,
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract,
  • a couple of drops pure stevia (optional),
  • 1,1/2 cups almond milk, unsweetened,
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds,
  • coconut flakes and cacao nibs to decorate (optional),

Instructions

Put the first 8 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then add the chia seeds and stir well with a spoon. Divide the mixture into four bowls and cover with cling film and refrigerate.
