5-Ingredients Vegan Cheesecake

Cheesecake is my favorite dessert! I personally don’t know any person who doesn’t like this cake. It is absolutely possible to make a vegan cheesecake because you don’t necessarily need dairy products to be able to enjoy this delicious cake. When I first started to make vegan cheesecake a couple of years ago, I used cashews instead of dairy. I was so surprised how creamy and delicious this vegan cheesecake came out and I want to try other vegan alternatives for this cake.

So, today I want to share with you a recipe for a delicious tofu cheesecake. This cake is the absolutely delicious and it has only 5 ingredients. The most important thing is that it is a healthy variation of cheesecake.

Let’s we found out how to make this delicious tofu cheesecake.

As I said you will need only 5 Ingredients:
  • 3 Containers of Tofu Cream Cheese (DO NOT Substitute),
  • a Cup of raw cane sugar,
  • a teaspoon of Vanilla,
  • Juice of 1/2 a Lemon, and
  • 2 Graham Cracker Pie Shells.

Directions: Combine all of these ingredients into a bowl or Food Processor and blend until smooth. If you do not have a food processor an electric hand mixer will do just as well. Pour into Graham Cracker Shell. (Keep the plastic top that comes with these shells, they can be used to cover the cheesecake. Bake for 14 minutes in an oven heated at 350 degrees. Take out of the oven and put the plastic top back on it (upside down so that it does not stick to the cheese). Freeze for 30 minutes, and then put it into the refrigerator until you are ready to eat it.

You can top it with any fruit that you like. You can use pineapple, blueberries, strawberries, vegan Carmel, and nuts or something else according to your taste.
